Our wood fired oven was cast in Italy and imported. We cook on a floor that is 750 - 800 degrees and your pie cooks in an astonishing 2 minutes!
Home grown is just better! For our Pesto sauce, all our basil is grown by Bob in a hydroponic system.

This Pizza of the Week was bacon, bacon bacon! Our house smoked bacon with smoked pancetta and finished with Canadian Bacon. All on our homemade Pesto sauce.

This Pie of the Week featured a house smoked salmon, a creamy dill sauce and a sprinkle of herbs. Unusual and delicious!
the killer potato
This is a highly requested specialty pie. The Killer Potato is our homemade BBQ base sauce with our house smoked pork, topped with the Whole Milk Mozzarella, house roasted potatoes, green onions and a drizzle of our homemade Valentina sour cream.
The Brisket features smoked brisket rubbed with our house made spice rub on top of the Whole Milk Mozzarella with our BBQ as the base sauce and spinach. When the pie is baked, we add a homemade creamy horseradish sauce for a spicy kick.

This is our "other" house made BBQ sauce. A tangy and sweet mustard based sauce, is the base of this pie (and the top sauce for our Picnic (BBQ) pizza). Next goes our house smoked chicken breast, spinach, the Whole Milk Mozzarella, then a top drizzle of the Carolina sauce.

Teachers, we love you!
During the school year, we take one local school a week and treat the teachers and staff to a free lunch. Then, one night during the week, we invited them in for a free small or 1/2 off a large pie.

Without a doubt, our most beloved special. Garlic Oil base, spinach, smoked bacon, the Whole Milk Mozzarella, our beautiful home grown grape tomatoes, a sprinkle of Asiago and kosher salt.

The AABCB has big chunks of smokey charbroiled ground Angus beef with our Whole Milk Mozzarella, spinach, onions, grape tomatoes and a scattering of flavorful blue cheese.
The Chili Pie
When it's cold outside, it sure feels good to have some comfort food! That's what the Chili Pie is. Everything you expect in a big bowl of chili is what is on it. We use a homemade chili as the base, sprinkle lightly with the whole milk mozzarella, add jalapenos and bake. When the pie is cooked to a wood fired perfection, it is cut and topped with fresh diced tomatoes and a drizzle of our house-made Creme Fraiche.

We try to keep Vanilla, Chocolate and Cookies & cream on hand (try). other flavors include Butter praline pecan, reese's cheesecake, milk & honey, plus sherbets and sorbets!
